THE government is planning to come up with a special training programme for teachers on the new secondary and primary schools syllabus in a bid to build competence.

Nine students of the Institute of Judicial Administration (IJA) Lushoto are in police custody for allegedly being found with forged certificates.

The suspects are being held at Lushoto District police station in Tanga Region after it was revealed that they had presented fake certificates to the Institute last September.
